The N.A.S.A. Concept
The New Advanced Scalp Acupuncture is not only a simple microsystem. It is an integrated approach towards unifying a micro-system with the whole macro-system. Though this technique employs points on the scalp, it domain involves all points from neck and above, along with the central energy axis points and other special areas. This system derives many concepts from Indian Energy principles and is referred to as the Indian Acupuncture therapy.
N.A.S.A. is a system developed by Dr Mayank Shah & Dr Chiraag Shah. The idea originated when the different types of Pranic energy and its generation were studied. The basic concept of 5 types of organ energies was not enough to deliver a full range of therapeutic applications. The idea of higher forms of energies was proposed and investigated which lead to the idea of Brain Prana energy.
The fundamentals of N.A.S.A. was thus based on the concept of BRAIN Prana or Brain Qi generated by the human brain. This energy is at the centre of our functional system and controls both, the organ prana and the higher forms of Mind Prana. According to traditional knowledge, all functional energies meet at the head and it forms the functional junction of the body. It was evident that the control of Brain energy was accessible thru the scalp and its energy network.
Thus, after many years of research and success in many clinical conditions, the full concept of NASA and its potentials emerged. NASA has its applications in Pain and neurological conditions, Element balance and also the management of disorders of special senses and MIND.
